Jewelry Care
Protect jewelry by removing it when washing your hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning and before applying any kind of personal body product. Maintain your jewelry’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, hair & cleaning products, etc. Use a soft treated polishing cloth to shine up sterling silver or brass. 14K Gold filled pieces can be shined up with a soft cloth, do not use silver polishing cloths on 14K gold items. Always wear your backs with your earrings to prevent loss.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Return Policy
Deliver to or send back to Wire We Here any unworn merchandise you would like to return for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of product. Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 14 days after the receipt of product. To exchange an item, simply contact Joy at the Studio to set up a time to meet and exchange for a new item.

Refund Policy
In order to receive a refund, just return the product within 14 days of purchase. The product must be unworn, undamaged and in the same condition you received it. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take up to 15 business days for a refund to appear on the credit card statement.
